OTHERWISE (formerly Feminist Founders) is a conversation series from Faith Clarke & Becky Mollenkamp, confronting bias, inequity, and extractive business norms. | About OTHERWISE (formerly Feminist Founders) About About OTHERWISE Becky Mollenkamp started Feminist Founders in 2023, tired of hearing the same “empire building” nonsense dressed up as business advice. She wanted to talk to the people actually challenging that story — building things differently, on purpose. Not long after, she had Faith Clarke on as a guest. They clicked immediately.
