About Us Our Story The Mosaic Story: A brief history of our brief history In August of 2007, my wife, Diane, and I met in our living room with three other couples to discuss the idea of planting Mosaic Church. During those first few meetings we discussed starting a church: That is casual and practical. That is externally focused, working to meet the needs of the community around it. That is an exciting celebration each weekend. That has excellent children’s and infant ministries. That is a safe place to invite your boss. (ie. no weird stuff happening). That is reproducible.
