Welcome to Forward Performance Athletes where athletes “Train To Excel” and “Become Elite.” My name is James Banks and I’m the owner and founder of FPA (Forward Performance Athletes). As an ex professional player and 2016 NFL Draft Prospect I have spent the last 9 years building a comprehensive skills training program designed to help athletes develop their Football IQ, Position Specific Skills needs and Speed/ Agility Fundamentals through their respected sports reaching youth, collegiate and pro level athletes.
