I'm Joe, a self-taught whiskey genius. I started this channel after my second heart surgery in 7 years, as I wanted to put more effort into what I’m passionate about. And what I’m passionate about is whiskey. I’ve been a whiskey drinker and appreciator for over 15 years and an enthusiast for around 4 years. I believe that whiskey is where science and art intersect. It has the power to bring people together and should be fun!
