Hello everyone & welcome, my name is Helen & im from England 🇬🇧. This channel is dedicated to ASMR and my aim is to help you relax, de-stress, give you tingles & help you fall asleep. I mainly create Lo-Fi hair & scalp videos with no talking & upload at least once a week. If you have a request then just leave me a comment in one of my video's & I'll do my best to create them. I suffer with anxiety and watching ASMR has helped me so much over the years.
