Italo ‘Tal’ Naccarato (guitar, banjo, blues harp) is a composer, songwriter and instrumentalist born in the medieval-era mountaintop village of Fiumefreddo Bruzio in southern Italy and raised in New York City. His stylized original work highlights a deep appreciation for traditional roots and country blues and includes classical guitar inspired compositions performed with a ‘bluesy swing.’ When not playing a festival, club or recording date, Tal can sometimes be found performing on the streets of New York City, Nashville or New Orleans in the time-honored roots/blues street singer tradition.   His latest Album ’Ten and Two Blues’, was released April 27th, 2022.  Tal most recently won the 'Long Island Blues Society's' 2022 Solo/Duo Competition and is now off to Memphis to compete in 'The Blues Foundation International Worldwide Blues Challenge'.
