Description

I grew up in the 1980s and “Veilbreaker” is my #1 solo project, born out of years of passion as a band musician and songwriter. I have been making music since 1998, playing guitar, bass, and keyboards, and working with PC-based production and synths since my youth. Over the years, I have explored a wide variety of genres - from black to death metal, metalcore, hardcore, darkwave, 80s, and more - fusing influences from the 1980s to the 2020s into a sound that is my own. My faith is the core of what I do. Musically, I live by the biblical principle: “Test everything; hold on to what is good.” I take what inspires and discard what harms, creating songs with heavy riffs, brutal breakdowns, growling and shouting vocals, and lyrics full of grace, redemption, and hope in Jesus Christ. Veilbreaker is for anyone who loves heavy music. Each track aims to challenge, provoke thought, and show that heaviness and faith can coexist. Jesus is real – he is the Son of God.
