Kolby Wood is the Arthroscopy Capital Leader - Central US for a large publicly traded Medical Device company. He has been in Medical Device Sales for over 10 years and has climbed his way up the ladder in the industry. Over the past 10+ years, Kolby has come across many people wanting to get into Medical Sales but they haven't had the medical background or sales experience to break into the industry. In 2018, Kolby founded the Medical Sales Certification Program as a solution to that problem many people face. Most people wanting to get into Medical Sales will put in any amount of work needed to break into the industry, they simply haven't had somebody teaching them what they needed to know. In the Medical Sales Certification Program, Kolby teaches both the Sales side of the business and the Surgical side of the business, so that people from any background can learn what they need to know to become a Medical Sales Rep.
