Hi, I am Athina - A Greek/Scottish narcissistic abuse recovery coach, art therapist, inner child healer, trauma-informed practitioner and pet bereavement counsellor. Through this channel I hope to educate, validate and empower those of you who have experienced narcissistic abuse in your childhood. I am a great believer in the healing power of self-compassion and I very much encourage this in my work. My work blends psychology, the creative arts and trauma sensitive techniques. Most topics I cover on this channel are reflections of my own personal healing journey as well as things that have helped all the brave souls I have had the honour of coaching over the last 10 years.
