In each of those regions, a clergy dean helps the Bishop to care for and equip the clergy, and strategize for mission. Bishop Alex has also appointed a special dean for bi-vocational clergy to equip and support men and women in that unique calling. Established churches are generally known as parishes and we call new emerging congregations church plants .
