(“Freddy”) serves as Pastor-Teacher of National Capital Bible Church, a Bible-teaching ministry devoted to verse-by-verse exposition of Scripture from the original languages, emphasizing doctrinal clarity, Free Grace–centered theology, and practical spiritual growth. Freddy has served in pastoral ministry since 1990 and founded Hope Bible Institute (HBI) in 2004 to provide free seminary-level biblical training for pastors, church leaders, and serious students of Scripture.
