I show you what actually happens to your food before it reaches your plate. When the government tweaks tax policy, I explain how it hits farm costs and, ultimately, the price you pay at the checkout. When supermarkets talk about being “fair” to farmers, I show you the receipts. When politicians discuss food security, I take you out onto the fields and show you the real situation on the ground. No filters, no spin — just honest farming, real challenges, and the true story behind what you eat and what it costs. I also like to have a bit of fun with it, so you’ll see plenty of day-to-day farming life, the lighter moments, and the occasional laugh along the way.
