Description
Videos of myself teaching many small group and whole group lessons for early literacy learning! I am a reading specialist with 35 years of teaching experience (all in the same Title I district.) I am Reading Recovery trained and taught this wonderful program for 13 years. I also taught K and 1 AFTER I was Reading Recovery trained so understand how to implement this knowledge in whole group and small group instruction. I recently spent 2 years teaching K and using the Jan Richardson guided reading model in my classroom before I started as a reading interventionist teaching Fountas and Pinnell's Leveled Literacy Intervention (LLI) to K-3 students the last 2 years.
