We moved to an 8-acre homestead in rural Scotland in search of a slower, richer lifestyle that's more sustainable and self-sufficient. Our smallholding includes a farmhouse, outbuildings, meadows, woodland, an orchard and a river. It's beautiful, but it's a lot!
