So here goes… I discovered Yoga in 1995. Always a seeker, I found myself untethered by a family tragedy and walking into my first yoga class. The class was held in a school cafeteria and was taught by Debra Monaco. The shift was immediate. In 2005 I was guided to Lucia Tucci DiPalo at The Yoga Room to begin Yoga TT.
