I always say that I was unemployable! I have had my own businesses since my early twenties, so I have never had the perks of a ‘real job’, never had a paid holiday and have always worked from project to project. I never worried about money; it wasn’t, and still isn’t, the main driving force in my life. What I love is the sense of achievement and recognition that comes from creating something beautiful. My previous occupations included being a chalet girl and a stewardess on a yacht in the South
