We've been socialize to see ourselves through lenses that don't always serve our best interests. BARE With Me is a podcast that explores topics of insecurities, culture, body positivity, nudism and how finding freedom in the skin we're in can change how we see ourselves. As a nudist, I have been fortunate to be surrounded by people who understand the impact nudism can have on one's life. This podcast is my way creating space to have conversations with an audience who would not normally find themselves in nudist circles.
