He has had a number of roles within the church since then: worship leader, intern director, youth pastor, associate pastor, children's pastor, local and global missions director, assimilation and connection pastor, groups pastor, executive leadership, etc. He has enjoyed serving in the local church in each and every role. Neil loves meeting with people one-on-one, hearing their stories, as well as encouraging and celebrating who they are in Christ. On a personal note, he and his wife Katie have been married since 2006.
