Uncovering Diaphragm Spasm and Cramp in Sudden Infant Deaths

On mission to eradicate stigma, bias and discrimination unfairly hurled at those already marginalized, namely struggling with substance use disorder and mental health complications of adverse childhood (or lifetime) experiences. I'm a medical doctor in long term recovery from opioids (Percocet and fentanyl) after 5 lumbar surgeries. Returned to medical practice after near-fatal addiction, inadvertent OD, jail, prison and 3 inpatient rehabs. Despite losing much, I've gained more and am stronger and wiser. Former ER doc-turned "recovery physician", walk-in clinic doc, dad, dog lover and more. After some highly unusual events on the evening of Friday October 28th, 2022, I've chosen to go by my Hebrew name, "Dov" (David = beloved). I will reveal this exceptional story in due time, but for now, it is clear I have made a major medical discovery by uncovering what appears to be a major mechanism causing sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).
