Generic, timid thinking that amounts to little more than a bunch of "best practice" initiatives. We used to get away with this. Things moved slow. We'd be fine. Those days are gone. Today, real strategy matters. The creativity to see what data doesn't show. The courage to make one clear decision. The charisma to bring people with you. This is strategy.
