What does it mean to live with more wisdom? This is the question at the heart of Wiser Now. Expect podcast interviews with wise voices across our culture about becoming and vocation, about our metacrisis and regeneration, about solitude and community, about art and writing and the sacred. Former guests include author and doomster Jem Bendell, filmmaker and photographer Hannah Close, author Daniel Pinchbeck, and many unknown names who live quieter and equally precious callings. I'm also hosting 'Yoga Now', a video series with my yoga teacher Carmen Prema on the relevance of traditional yoga to our meta-modern times. I'm Carlota Guedes. Besides creating Wiser Now, I write essays and fiction. I teach integral yoga online. And I facilitate book clubs, retreats and gatherings around vocation, integrity, social healing, art and meaning in times of our metacrisis.
