Listen to Your Land is a methodology for building relationship with Places we are part of. This channel is where the video work lives. Recordings from the Place Journaling cycles (four-week practices through Earth, Water, Air, Fire, run seasonally). Deep Time and Scale Journey visualizations made for specific bioregions. Walks and conversations about places in transition. Occasional longer films. I'm Jo Petroni. Architect by training. I now advise people who've inherited, bought, or are considering land they don't yet understand. The work happens before the architects and lawyers get involved. Earlier in the process, and slower.
