My name is Lui Fernandes and I am the Head Bartender & Owner of Ember & Alma Cocktail Bar. I am obsessed with great cocktails and good booze. My passion is creating, drinking and talking about incredible cocktails that people love. On my channel you can expect to find cocktail tutorials, some history lessons on cool boozy stuff, and lots of drinking. I will also share with you bartending tips and tricks that I have learned over the years from my time as a bartender. I explore everything from classic recipes, to modern favorites and occasionally even a few original cocktails that currently are or have been on our menu at Labaredas.
