In 2016, five men came together in late July to meet with pastor dave about the prospect of starting a church in the South Bend area. The goal and philosophy of the church would be intentionally focused and based on the 1st-Century Church. The character of the church would be Christ-Centered, God-Exalting, Word-Based and Spirit-Motivated. It would focus intentionally on teaching the Word of God, on biblical fellowship as a family of believers and strive to engage our community practically as we interact in our neighborhoods and places of work each day.
