Welcome to EastPoint Church - "to know Him and to make Him known" Location | 9:30am: Bible Study | 10:30am: Worship | In 2006 two longtime friends and professional musicians Chris Roberts and Bennie Kendrick were given the vision to plant a church in Eastern Oklahoma County with the express purpose to know Christ and make Him known. Both had served on staff in traditional churches, been a part of the evening Falls Creek worship band, and led worship around the country in their contemporary worship band. Chris also contacted longtime friend Josh Sweet. Josh was one of Chris’ former students, and at the time was serving as a minister to students in the Bethany area. Chris asked Josh if he would like to be a part of a new church plant. Roberts, Kendrick, and Sweet approached the State Baptist Convention, local
