I've been blogging & vlogging since 2011, and a few years into my new role as a mum, in 2018, I started #MindfulMotherhood out of my own need to better understand my parenting choices and be more intentional in raising my kids. The series offers mothers a positive place to pause & reflect more deeply on parenting, learn techniques & share personal experiences of how to turn off the auto-pilot and be more conscious as a parent, letting go of the overwhelming, multitasking, always busy ideal way of living in today's society. I also share tips & tricks on how to become fluent in English, based on my own experience of learning English as a second language.
