My name is Grant Frost, and I'm a passionate Australian musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. My goal is to make this channel a place where you can come to find the missing piece to your pain and injury puzzle. Whether it's pain relief or just a quest to move or perform better, I want to use the knowledge and experience I've gained as a Physiotherapist to help in some way. I work hard to understand the root cause of my patient's dysfunction and want to pass this real-world, actionable intel on to you. As a result, I've developed a unique perspective on how the body works AND how it falters.
