The inspiration of our Conversations to Connect - Let’s Get Real talks is to offer a platform where we can engage in purposeful conversations to stay connected and support our community to make an impact in the world. Cyndi founded Exceptional Connections Networking in 2009 to create a nurturing environment which educates and empowers people to deepen relationships, and build trust. Cyndi has over 17 years experience as a business relationship marketing strategist, and is a contributing author in an audio book: Women of Influence. Cyndi is a garden tender; passionate about organic gardening, being an Exceptional Connector & cultivating meaningful relationships. She is amazed how similar gardening is to networking – it takes time and effort to make relationships grow, they don’t just spring up overnight.
