He met his wife Robin while in college, and God placed a burden on their hearts for Arizona shortly after they were married. Ray served for 4 years as a youth pastor at Sun and Shield Baptist Church in Marana, AZ, and then he and his family traveled in evangelism for 5 years. He served as senior pastor in NC for 5
