DABOV Specialty Coffee is not a product, but a project - it starts on the farm and ends in your cup of daily coffee, and we are the intermediary who is responsible to both the farmer and you. We specialize in the search and supply of specialty coffees - those that have unique taste profiles. Since 2013, our founder and coffee hunter Jordan Dabov is the only Bulgarian - a member of the jury of the only international competition for the best specialty coffees in the world - Cup Of Excellence. He has already been a juror in many competitions around the world. This gives him access to some of the best and rarest coffees in the world. Our coffee roastery is located in Sofia and we roast specialty coffee every day, as our goal is you to have a wonderful cup of coffee every day.
