Hi, My name is Sara Dimerman, also known as HelpMeSara . I’m likely one of the only psychologists you’ll meet that has an undergraduate degree in Radio and Television. However, soon after graduating from Ryerson, I began my journey towards obtaining a Masters level degree in Assessment and Counselling from the University of Toronto. For more than thirty years I have been counselling individual adults, teens, parents, couples and families out of my office in York Region, Ontario. In addition to seeing clients in person, I also offer telecounselling – on the phone or online. I’m registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and also a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Healt | What is a podcast?
