Finis-Eillert is a family business that has been supplying solutions to the food industry for almost a century. Amongst these are the new way to peel root vegetables and a completely automatic onion peeling and processing line, using vision technology. Finis and Eillert started working together in 2011. Finis specialises in processing technologies for onions, potatoes and other root products while Eillert concentrates on the processing technologies for (leafy) vegetables.
