Truth for Today is the preaching ministry of Pastor Adrian Powell of Faith Community Church 4203 Alkire Road, Grove City Ohio. Services are Sunday at 10:30 a.m. and Thursday at noon. Pastor A is a Pastor/Teacher who uses his weekly expository messages to show how the ancient text is relevant to everyone today. A gifted communicator and serious theologian, Pastor A draws upon his understanding of the Christian faith as expressed by the Apostles' and Nicene Creeds, the Great Tradition and what is known as the "Five-Fold Test of Orthodoxy" which keeps us doctrinally at the center of the historical Church. That test is "One Bible, Two Testaments, Three Creeds, Four Councils and Five Centuries” (the first five from the founding of the church to the Church Fathers). We would love to introduce you to them to provide a foundational basis for doctrine in the church for all ages. We want to be a reliable source of Biblical teaching for the family of God as well as those who are seeking.
