CCHI 2026

Description

CCHI is a 501(c)(6) organization whose mission is to develop and administer a comprehensive national certification program for healthcare interpreters, bring together representatives from national and regional non-profit interpreting associations, language companies, community-based organizations, educational institutions, hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, and advocates for patients with limited English proficiency. CCHI offers three types of national certification credentials: the knowledge-based CoreCHI™ certification for interpreters of all languages, and two performance-based certifications: CoreCHI-P™ (all languages) and CHI™ (Spanish, Arabic, and Mandarin). CCHI also administers the national healthcare interpreter Continuing Education Accreditation Program (CEAP). Visit us at CCHIcertification.org.
