We are a Buddhist charity teaching meditation and Buddhism in Cambridge, United Kingdom. Change your life: Learn to meditate. Each week we offer live streams of our Dharma Night talks and Meditation Night classes. We post informative instruction videos for beginners and newcomers to Buddhist meditation so they can get to grips with the basics and start to build their practice.
