Welcome to my channel! I'm Beth and I will be your online Sculpt instructor ♡ I create fully guided resistance training and mobility focused Sculpt classes that will help you build strength, increase flexibility and grow muscle whilst also feeling great! My main category of classes will be focused around kettlebells, dumbbells, pilates strength and yoga inspired. I am a qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor and Pilates instructor, I am not however a qualified yoga instructor so my yoga based videos will be more 'yoga inspired' (don't come for me if I get the names of the moves wrong!!). I'm so so happy to have you here, and I can't wait to start our classes together!
