I grew up experiencing domestic violence and emotional abuse firsthand from a young age. These experiences shaped my commitment to becoming a man that is healed and of service to others. Like many men today, I struggled with lots of unconscious and immature patterns that held me back. I hit rock bottom in 2012 .
