My passion for BBQ has lead me into the world of YouTube and to share and create with others in this wonderful BBQ community. This channel will be all things BBQ and product reviews and testing the durability of equipment and sharing recipes in the BBQ community and of course smoking some fantastic foods! I will be smoking and cooking on the pitboss 1100 Pro series and also we will be doing some wood fire cooking on other products and other methods of smoking/wood fire cooking!!
