I've competed in the upper levels of cycling in the US and dabbled in some European racing with the world tour pros. I have had the privilege of riding many bicycles through my local bike shop and teams, and I have experience wrenching in a shop for 8+ years. I earned a Bachelor's in Biology from Lee's McRae College and a Master's in Cell and Molecular Biology from Appalachian State University. I am passionate about helping build this beautiful sport and make cycling a positively challenging adventure! I want my videos to be accurate and insightful.
