Description

Millstreet Films develops and produces high-end films and drama series from a present-day female perspective for a wide audience, with a strong female lead or created by women. Our productions reach audiences in national and international markets. The company was founded in 2010 by producer Rachel van Bommel and has produced several cinema hits such as Single Street (2019), Amsterdam Vice, Sophie (I, II and soon III), Loft (2010), Viper’s Nest (2011), and Rendez -Vous (2015). Millstreet Films also produces successful drama series such as The Neighbors (season 1 to 4), Sophie the Series, and the acclaimed drama series ANNE+, which also perform well internationally. In addition, Millstreet Films focuses on new and young talent. With web series such as ANNE+ (started as a web series), Almost Starring and short films such as Tiny House, F*ck My Life, and Gutmensch, Millstreet Films is invested in building longterm collaborations with talented (female) filmmakers.
