Hello people, Welcome to my channel. I'm Laura, I'm a French Fitness coach, Pilates and Yoga teacher for years. I became Zumba instructor in 2009 in Netherlands so after teaching for long, I finally create this channel in 2018 to share my choreographies and my energy. But from 2020 after knee surgery I stoped teaching Zumba to focus more on Pilates, Yoga and body strength. So from today after 6 years I'm ready to come back here and continu to share my passion with you, a lot of training and good vibes only ! Enjoy!!
