Hi! My name is Anthea and I created Rainbow Nourishments as a way to share colourful and nourishing vegan food with people internationally and in my local community in Canberra, Australia. Why? I believe that colourful and lively food is good for your soul. All of my creations are plant-based as it’s more sustainable for the world and minimises harm to animals. Through my social media and food blog, I share recipes for wholesome vegan food. I also own a raw vegan cake business where I make bespoke cakes for people in Canberra.
