After being a prisoner to prescription medication for high blood pressure for over 30 years, I decided that enough was enough. At the age of 63, I empowered myself and took my health back into my own hands. Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC promotes self-care and natural wellness for grown folks; especially mature women (50+ years old). I strive to provide valuable information about natural wellness and holistic alternatives that may help folk claim or reclaim their health. My primary focus began with controlling blood pressure naturally. Now the long range goal is to encourage overall wellness and self-care as we age and live the very best life possible. That includes the WHOLE person...Mind, Body and Spirit! My goal is to share my journey and information about healthy living as well as life lessons with everyone.
