Shhhht... I am the German who eats everything around the word. I've been sliding ASMR videos into YouTube for 9 years! When I started the channel, I was sitting in my apartment, unemployed and broke, thinking about how I could bring my stress levels down. My search for mindfulness videos on YouTube led me to ASMR. I found the first ASMR video really cool. I just thought: WTF? But I liked ASMR instantly and it helped me switch off. After a binge-watching marathon, eating videos also appeared. That was the answer to all my questions. I decided to unpack my old video equipment and record my first videos – it was also a chance to learn something new in my life. Today I eat food from all over the world and deliver ASMR and mukbang with the best eating sounds that can help you with stress, insomnia or loneliness. My videos go straight through your eyes and ears into your stressed-out brain: a short vacation for your synapses.
