Swim Across America, Inc. (SAA) is dedicated to raising money and awareness for cancer research, prevention and treatment through open water and pool swimming events. Since 1987, SAA has raised more than $120,000,000 to give more patients and families hope in the fight against cancer. With the help of hundreds of volunteers nationwide, past and current Olympians, and our corporate partners, Swim Across America is funding cutting-edge cancer research, progressive survivorship clinics, and the foremost in patient care.
