Hi, I’m Abbey! I’m a certified pilates, barre, and group fitness instructor who enjoys using my background in gymnastics and Cirque du Soleil to encourage others on their wellness journey. My background in sport involved several injuries including broken femurs and herniated discs, and these experiences led me to healing via pilates. I believe pilates can be healing, strengthening, and rejuvenating for everyone, and it’s a gift to be able to guide you along your journey.
