Meadowbrook Church in Jackson, MS is a Christ-centered community committed to worship, spiritual growth, and serving all ages with love and purpose. | Our Story How it all started... Like every family and church, Meadowbrook has a story—one with deep roots. This community of believers began near Meadowbrook Road in the early 1960s, branching out from the Central Church of Christ, which originally met in downtown Jackson and later relocated to Sunnybrook Road in Ridgeland. Our spiritual heritage is tied to the Stone-Campbell Restoration Movement of the 1820s—a renewal effort led by Barton Stone and Alexander Campbell. Their mission was to encourage unity among followers of Jesus by returning to the simple, powerful message of Scripture.
