My name is Myke Macapinlac and I used to be a shy and awkward engineer. I know what it’s like to be good at your job but struggle socially. Early in my career, I learned that technical skills alone aren’t enough. You also need to know how to have conversations and connect with people. That's why I spent years learning, finding mentors, and practicing in the real world. And from that, I built a simple system to help me feel more confident in any social situation. All without burning out or pretending to be someone I’m not. Since 2013, I’ve helped hundreds of introverted professionals become more socially confident. They can now build better relationships which led to more more opportunities at work and in life.
