Transforming my Life I’m on a journey to transform my body. Starting weight was 461 pounds, size 30 in clothes. In March 2024, I decided I had to get to work to save my life. As of August 22, 2026 I am at 280 pounds. I have lost 181 pounds naturally eating in a calorie deficit and working out at home and in the gym. I have much more to lose!
