Staff Travis Gay Senior Leader Travis and Jessica Gay are Georgia natives who moved back from Fort Worth, Texas to start The Awakening in 2009. They and their 3 children (Josiah, Lydia, and Zuri) enjoy playing outside, movies, swimming, laughing hard, and taking trips to the mountains where Travis and Jessica serenade the kids with classic country music. Travis is a personal trainer and Jessica works as a COO for a local orthopedic practice.
